Bread chilli recipe
- Cut the bread slices into cubes. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, and fry the bread cubes until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- Chop onion, tomato and capsicum.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste in it.
- Add in the onion and fry till translucent.
- Add the tomato and add salt. Fry till it turns mushy.
- Add in the capsicum and fry for a minute. Add chilli powder and saute till the raw smell goes off.
- Now add the chicken masala or garam masala and fry till the oil separates.
- Add the tomato sauce or ketchup and saute briefly. Add one tablespoon water and mix well.
- Now add the bread cubes and mix well so that the bread gets coated nicely with the chilli masala.
- Your bread chilli is ready. Serve warm with a cup of tea or coffee!
