In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup + 2 tablespoons maida/all purpose flour.
Add 1/2 tablespoon baking soda, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 tablespoon cinnamon powder to it. Mix well.
In another bowl, drop the chopped bananas and mash them roughly with a fork.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add to the bananas. Give it a mix.
Add 3 tablespoons of curd/yoghurt, mix and add the flour mixture to this.
Give a good mix and add 1/2 cup milk. Mix again.
Add about a tablespoon of choco chips. Or if you don’t have that, you can add bits of any chocolate that you have.
Mix again.
Add in about 10 almonds, or walnuts or any nuts of your choice, and give a brief mix.
Grease the pan of your choice with butter and little maida.
Pour in the cake batter.
In a pressure cooker, pour 4 cups water, and place an empty vessel in water.
Place the cake pan over the vessel. Cover the cooker with the lid and cook in sim for 1 hour 30 mins WITHOUT gasket and whistle.
Open the cooker after 1 hr 30 mins and remove the cake pan from the cooker.
Set aside for 2 mins.
Now, slightly separate/loosen the cake from the pan along the edges using a knife.
Invert it to a plate, and again invert the cake to another plate.
