Recipe for easy Veg Kurma for Chapathi
- Grind all the things under “To grind” to a fine paste using little water.
- Chop veggies of your choice and keep them ready. Slice the onion and tomato.
- In a pressure cooker pan, pour 2 tablespoons oil. Once the oil is hot add in the dry spices.
- Once they sizzle, add curry leaves. Then add onion and saute till it becomes translucent.
- Now add tomato. Saute till it becomes mushy.
- Now add in the ground paste along with 1 cup water and mix well. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and give it a good mix.
- Now add the veggies and add salt. Mix well and add 1.5 cups of water. Give it a good mix and check for salt.
- Add salt if you need.
- Cover and cook this for 3 whistles. After the steam settles, open the cooker.
- Your veg kurma is ready. Enjoy it hot with Chapathi or rice.
