Milk Kova Recipe
- Place a pan on stove and add ghee, milk and milk powder.
- Stir well and add 2.5 cups sugar. Mix well again.
- Keep stirring until the consistency gets thick.
- Now add in 2 cardamoms, crushed roughly. Mix well.
- When the kova gets thick and separates from the pan, switch off the stove.
- Grease a pan or plate with some ghee and transfer the kova to the pan while it is still hot.
- Set it gently to a shape of your preference. Top it with the chopped almonds, and gently press them in with your fingers.
- Let it set for about 15 mins.
- Serve scooped with a spoon, or cut to shapes of your preference.
- It will be in a sticky consistency, so cutting to shape will be challenging.
- Conventionally, Milk Kova will be served by scooping with a spoon. Enjoy!
