Ragi Rava Dosa Recipe
- In a bowl, take 4 cups Ragi flour. Add 1/2 tablespoon salt and mix well. Now, add 3 cups water in installment and mix well so there are no lumps.
- In a pan, heat the oil and add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
- Once the seeds splutter, add the chopped onions and fry well until the onions become translucent, while adding about 1/2 tablespoon salt.
- Let this cool.
- In the ragi batter, add rava, and the tempered onion. Add another 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon salt and mix well.
- The batter should be runny. Let the batter sit for at least 10 mins.
- Now make the dosa as you would make rava dosa – just be a little liberal with the oil.
